Orders will be shipped via a delivery method designated by our shop (Yamato Transport).

Please note that customers cannot choose the shipping method.

However, delivery times may vary due to natural disasters, large-scale events, or other unforeseen circumstances in certain regions.

Damage During Delivery

We carefully prepare all packages to ensure that the outer box is not dented or scratched during packing and shipping.

However, after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, unforeseen issues during transportation or damage caused by the carrier may occur.

Please note that minor dents or scratches on the outer box that do not affect the functionality of the product may not be eligible for claims.
