Although we take every precaution to ensure product quality, if you receive an item that differs from your order or if the product is defective, we will accept a return or exchange. In such cases, please contact us via the inquiry form within seven (7) days of receiving the product.

We will then provide instructions for returning the item.

In these cases, the return shipping costs will be covered by our company.
