  • Q. Can I specify a delivery date and time?

    We do not accept date and time requests at the time of order.

    After your item has been shipped, we will provide you with the Yamato Transport tracking number. You can then request or change the delivery date and time directly through Yamato Transport.

  • Q. Can I engrave a message or date on the inside of the ring?

  • Q. Can I order ring sizes in 0.5 increments?

    Ring sizes in 0.5 increments are available in-store only.

  • Q. Can I choose the diamond for the engagement ring myself?

    A.

    On our online store, customers are not able to select the diamond individually.

    However, we guarantee that the diamond will fall within the grade range shown in pink in the image below.


    If you would like to select the diamond in person, please visit our store.

  • Q. What types of finishes are available?

    The available finishes, from top to bottom, are Mist, Veil, and Silk Line.

Gift wrapping

  • Q. Is gift wrapping available?

    Yes. All items are delivered with complimentary gift wrapping.

    No special request is required at the time of order, so you can place your order with confidence.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Q. Can I change my order or return an item?

    A.

    After an order has been placed, we do not accept changes to order details, cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.

    Please make sure to carefully confirm your purchase, including product selection, ring size, and color, before placing your order.


    Please note that engraved patterns and similar details are finished by hand by artisans one by one. As a result, there may be slight differences between the product images and the actual item. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Q. What should I do if I receive a defective item or the wrong product?

    Although we take great care with our products, if you receive an item that differs from your order or if the product is defective, we will accept a return or exchange. Please contact us via the inquiry form within seven (7) days of receiving the product. We will then provide instructions on how to return the item.


    In such cases, the return shipping costs will be covered by our company.

  • Q. I have lost my item.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer support in cases where the item has been lost due to the customer’s intent or negligence.

  • Q. Can you repair jewelry?

    We offer repair services only for items purchased from our brand.

    Repair fees will be quoted based on the condition of the item.

  • Q. How long is the warranty period?

    A.

    There is no fixed warranty period.

    If you can present your proof of purchase, we provide lifetime aftercare support.

  • Q. Jewelry Care Instructions

    A.

    After wearing your jewelry, gently wipe away any dirt with a soft cloth, and store it away from direct sunlight and high temperatures or humidity.

    To prevent scratches, we recommend storing each piece separately rather than together with other jewelry.

  • Q. Jewelry Care and Handling

    A.

    Jewelry is extremely delicate. Strong impacts or friction may cause deformation or damage, so please handle it with care. Contact with moisture, sweat, sebum, cosmetics, perfume, detergents, insecticides, hot spring water, or similar substances may cause deformation or deterioration.

    Please avoid wearing jewelry while bathing, exercising, sleeping, or during housework and activities involving water. Minor scratches that occur during daily use, even when handled with care, can be appreciated as part of the jewelry’s natural aging process.

    Depending on individual skin sensitivity, itching or irritation may occur. If you notice any skin abnormalities, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.

  • Q. Gemstone Care

    (Diamond)

    Diamonds are extremely hard natural gemstones, but strong impacts or sudden force may cause chipping or cracking. Please be careful to avoid dropping them or allowing contact with other hard objects. Sweat and skin oils may also adhere to the surface and reduce their brilliance. If dirt builds up, gently wipe with a dry, soft cloth or clean with lukewarm water. Because diamonds can scratch other jewelry—or each other—we recommend storing them separately.


    (Colored gemstones other than diamonds)

    Some products use colored gemstones other than diamonds. Depending on the type of gemstone, characteristics and care methods may vary. For details, please contact us via the inquiry form.

    (Pearls)

    Pearls are very delicate gemstones made of organic material. They are sensitive to impact, friction, dryness, and humidity, which may cause scratches or a loss of luster, so please handle them with care. Contact with moisture, sweat, skin oils, cosmetics, perfume, detergents, insecticides, or hot spring water may damage the surface and cause discoloration or deterioration. When wearing pearls, put them on last after completing your outfit, and gently wipe them with a soft cloth as soon as possible after use. For storage, avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, high humidity, and extreme dryness, and store them separately to prevent contact with other jewelry. For pearl necklaces, we recommend periodic restringing.
